Goal:

Create an informative website to assist in selling a luxury townhome.

Case Study:

When the owner of a luxury townhome decided he wanted to sell, 115 Studios assisted him in creating a website that would show off what a great piece of real estate he had to offer.  Although quite compact, the website takes a detailed look at this incredible home.  Since the homes were still under construction and not quite ready for photos when the site was built, we used the architect’s plans to create a simple rendering of the finished building and used it as a centerpiece for the site. 

Sketches of the finished floor plans are easily viewed or downloaded by curious visitors as well.  To really make an impact 115 Studios shot a series of panoramic photography tours to let visitors get a feeling for what the townhome really has to offer.  The virtual tours load quickly and are simple to navigate.
