Create a fresh new look for the eQuinelle Development that promotes the long-awaited announcement of the completion of the championship golf course.


Case Study:


115 Studios' involvement with the eQuinelle, the Ottawa area’s newest golf course community, started in 2006 when we took over marketing the new residential project.  In April 2008 the project developers confirmed a July 1st, 2009 launch date for the much anticipated golf course and to mark the occasion 115 Studios gave the project’s advertising and website a fresh new look. 


Along with a more golf-themed advertising campaign in several local publications, the new website got a full makeover as well.  The new site keeps visitors up to date on available lots in the community as well as ongoing progress of golf course construction.  eQuinelle offers over 30 different model types so we implemented a database driven search engine for visitors to quickly search for their ideal new home.


Expectations for eQuinelle are high this coming year and we are sure the project will be a great success.
